THANK YOU!

Firstly, many thanks for taking time to check out our blog, we really appreciate it. You can pop back anytime you like to check our progress, leave us a message or just simply laugh at our training pictures! Although the 50-4-50 Bike Ride is a great way to celebrate our 50th year, we are doing this to raise money for such a wondeful charity, The Rotherham Hospice. If you would like to help us raise some money, you can do so by having a look at our Just Giving page: http://www.justgiving.com/50kfor50years Enjoy!

Once upon a time...

there was a firm of Accountants that sat pondering about what to do for their 50th Birthday. The usual ideas floated about... fancy dress party, cinema, night out on the town, but "EUREKA!" someone said, "I have an idea!"...
So this is it! A 50k charity bike ride in (fingers crossed) sunny July!

Now I know what you are thinking...

"Surely an event that exciting cannot have anything to do with a bunch of boring accountants?"
Well that's where you are wrong! Just because we are 50 years old young, doesn't mean we don't know how to have a good time!

So a bunch of us have committed to get ourselves fit and fabulous and raise lots of money for charity!

As one our offices in based in Rotherham, it was only fitting that we chose a brilliant local charity...drum roll please...

The Rotherham Hospice is a fantastic charity and it is the only adult hospice for the people of Rotherham and surrounding villages. Their services are available to anyone over the age of 18 years with a life threatening illness and the care and help they provide is given free of charge and they rely on voluntary donations and some statutory funding to meet their running and development costs... Thats where we come in! All the money raised will go directly to The Hospice (Luckily for us they are only up the road!)

For more information about the wonderful work that they do please go to http://www.rotherhamhospice.org.uk/

Right... Time to get organised!

Bye for now
